Slang of the 1930s Help?
I have a homework assignment I've been working on a while now about slang used in the late 1930s, specifically in the book 'Of Mice and Men' by John Steinbeck. I have been trying to find out what most of those words mean, but I can't seem to find anything helpful. Does anyone have any good links? Or know what any of these words mean (approximately)?
