Why do I have to take off my hat in church?
There are days when I have to rush out the door, why do I need to fix my hair to go to church? What about the poor men with receding hairlines, or the men who are completely bald! Tell me where in the bible does it say you have to take off your hat? I think it is a dumb man made law that is isolating many american men from going to church. Church should be about comfort not control.
It is a sign of high respect. If you wear a hat in church you are being disrespectful to not only God but to the others around you.
